    Empowerment Package

    Assessment + Plan Consultation + 2 follow-up sessions | $500 (Save $50)

    Ideal for motivated clients who want foundational guidance and strategic check-ins to stay on track toward their visible results.

  • This is a private pay practice. I do not currently accept insurance, but I'm happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider. Many clients find that their HSA or FSA accounts can be used for nutrition counseling services.
