Devon Golem, PhD, RD, LDN

Devon is an upbeat, caring dietitian nutritionist with over 25 years of experience. As a working midlife mom of a young child, she understands the challenges of prioritizing health and happiness while managing a household and hectic schedule.

"Sometimes, understanding the small nuances of our health is all we need to greatly improve how we feel and live."

Devon provides nutrition counseling that helps her clients prioritize their health and well-being through lifestyle and dietary behavior changes. She pulls strategies and methods from Motivational Interviewing (MI), Coginitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Care, and other counseling models to provide individualized nutrition counseling each client.

Devon earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Nutritional Sciences from California State University, Fresno and completed a CADE-accredited Dietetic Internship at the Porterville Developmental Center. After earning her credential and working for several years as a clinical dietitian, she returned to school and earned a PhD in Nutritional Sciences with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Rutgers University in NJ.

In the field of nutrition and dietetics, Devon has experience as a clinician, educator, researcher, and consultant. She is able to pull from a wealth of resources, experience, and knowledge to help each of her clients.

"True progress isn't about rigid rules; it’s about being present and meeting people where they are with dietary habits that actually fit their lives."
